We process some personal data in the provision of our services, the sale of goods and for the operation of our website.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the personal data we need from you to ensure that we enter into a contract for the provision of our goods or services. These are mainly billing data: first name, last name, business name, address, e-mail address, bank account, telephone number.
For what reason? We need to process personal data in order to perform our obligations under a contract - to supply goods or services. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, or regarding complaints or questions you may have.
We will further process personal data for the fulfilment of our obligations under generally binding legal regulations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for the processing of complaints, etc.).
On what legal basis do we process personal data? This processing is based Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR -performance of our legal obligation.

Your personal data may also be passed on to the following other parties:

• the company involved in the issuance of invoices, is engaged in the processing of the economic agenda for PROBATUR GROUP and it is SPOLEKO EU s. r. o.
